Considering the significant capital investment and ongoing energy costs incurred over the life of a facility, proper attention to the MEP systems early in the process is necessary in order to provide the client with all of the information necessary to make important decisions for their project. In addition, it is just as important to address the MEP systems and equipment decisions regarding project goals for indoor air quality, sustainability, resiliency and emergency preparedness.
Owner representation with an emphasis on mechanical and electrical trades for either design-build or design-bid-build project delivery. Over 40 years of construction experience for a wide variety of healthcare, institutional, industrial, educational, residential and commercial facilities providing professionalism and structure within your team.

Thorough knowledge of technical criteria, standards, codes, and contractual procedures. A licensed professional engineer for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical projects of all sizes for over 26 years. Responsible for numerous energy management and energy retrofit projects. Expertise also includes specialized applications associated with Green Building Design as a LEED accredited professional.
