New Buffalo Bills Stadium, 2023/2026 - Project management for the HVAC contracts for the $2.1B New Buffalo Bills Stadium, worth approximately $150M, ensuring successful implementation of design intent, contractor performance and budget. Support purchasing for contract buyouts and development of contractual scopes of work. Provided QA/QC and constructability review of documents to minimize scope gaps and change orders. Coordination with the design team and multiple disciplines including architectural, structural, electrical, owner furnished equipment and food service.
Buffalo AKG Art Museum, 2022 to 2023 - responsible for work of MEP trade contractors resolving MEP issues related to coordination, installation, system commissioning and owner training for construction of this $125M expansion and renovation project.
